Aroma  : The big aroma will remind you of ripe berries; strawberries and raspberries. Think of the summer’s best strawberry short cake.

Palate  : The mouthfeel is surprisingly full and dry. The syrah yields a density of flavour that is cool and fleshy. The finish is long and intensely fruity.

Food Pairing  : Chilli Crap, Chicken fillet, Salmon
