Palate  : The palate is svelte in texture with vibrant fruit flavours of raspberries, redcurrants and black cherries. The savoury velvet tannin structure is long and impeccably balanced, supported with subtle oak and a superb natural

acid structure that provides a layered and complex mouthfeel through to the finish.

Food Pairing  : Red Meat, Pepper and Mushroom sauce. Tuna or Salmon with rich sauce.
