Aroma  : On the nose is imposed elegance. Flawless fruit expression with the presence of cranberries, cherries and ripe peach skin blended with a touch of  fresh minerals in a fresh environment with cedar. Completes the complex aromatic palette with hints of underbrush and light milk notes. All in great harmony with the wood.

Palate  : On the palate is elegant and very broad. It is a recital of juicy and tasty tannins. Exciting acidity well assembled in a superb grainy  touch. Constant feeling of strength and great weight of fruit during the whole journey through the mouth. Explosive and powerful finish.

Food Pairing  : pairings a natural fit for rich, meat dishes, grilled steak, spicy pork, veal, lamb, all types of game and sausage.
