Region  : La Mancha, Spain

Aroma  : On the nose, the dark fruity aromas of blueberry and blackberry dominate. Supported by notes of liquorice and even light balsamic from well integrated wood.

Palate  : On the palate shows subtle tannins that provide a structured mouthfeel, perfectly balanced with fresh acidity. Followed by a slight bitterness that adds length and character. The finish is fleshy and persistent.

Food Pairing  : Lasagna, pizza and dishes with tomato-based sauces

Serving Temperature : 12 – 15 °C
